Making contact with me may feel like a giant first step, but there is nothing to be fearful of. I’m here to help you. Choose the best way you would like to be contacted, whether it be by email or telephone; whichever you feel most comfortable with. I will then contact you to arrange our first appointment.
I work in my therapy room based 4 miles from Stamford. When you arrive please feel free to park on the private driveway. I will come out and meet you.
The purpose of our first appointment is an opportunity for us to meet and decide if we feel comfortable about working together. We will discuss your particular needs and any questions you may have can be answered. What you say to me is confidential and I will say more about this at the first appointment. This appointment will last for 30 minutes.
At the end of the first session we will discuss the opportunity for further sessions. These will ideally be booked in for the same time each week but I will be as flexible as possible. Sessions will last for 50 minutes. All sessions are on a 1 to 1 basis with me.
Every client has their own individual needs and therefore the number of sessions required will be reflective of this. Some clients only need a few sessions whereas some may find longer term therapy beneficial. Sessions are taken at your pace.
